  • A tincture uses alcohol to extract the medicinal benefits of a plant. I use organic vodka on a 1:2 ratio. I hand pick elderberries in the wild early autumn for 2 moon cycles.

    This tincture is a deep purple colour from the berries and smells and tastes deliciously tangy.

    Best worked with for prevention, and at the very first sign of a cold or flu.

    Crafted with seasonal herbs in small batches, each blend may vary slightly.

  • Fresh elderberries, organic vodka made from Polish rye (gluten)*

    Caution: *If coeliac or big intolerance to gluten

    This contains alcohol and is not recommended to children. If pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, seek advice from your medical herbalist or health practitioner before taking.

  • 1 dropper morning and evening in warm water, with intention and attention.
