WHOLESOME CAKES INFUSED IN MEDICINAL PLANTS FOR ALL OCCASIONS AND DIETARY NEEDS
A cake is the centre piece of all kinds of celebration. Over the years, I have been challenged to learn a new way of baking, through my own personal growth and the health journey of my clients. This has only opened opportunities - creating cakes that look beautiful, feel good to the body, excite the tastebuds and are made with ingredients which are grown in a way that respects the land: always pesticide free and gathered in nature with respect, grown by myself, sourced from local market gardeners who put love and care in the land that they tend to. I believe that the base of a good cake is good ingredients and intentional care and love when making it, and I am sure you will taste both!
SEASONAL CAKE OPTIONS
I bake different flavour combinations depending on the season and what grows at the time. As regards to the decoration, I love taking inspiration from the nature around me, the person it is for and the theme or type of event I bake for. This means that each and every cake is unique. However, if you do like the decoration of a cake below, I’ll be happy to recreate it for you.
All the cakes are gluten-free, free of refined sugar and refined ingredients, dairy free and plant-based, with the exception of a few which contain eggs for the best genoise texture.
Each cake is crafted with love and intention.

All cakes are made with ingredients that are certified organic or grown without pesticides. For decoration, I use homegrown edible flowers, foraged flowers or unsprayed flowers grown by local market gardeners.
I do not use refined ingredients and I make my own gluten-free flour blends without starches or gums.
For sweetening, I use organic maple syrup which has a low glycemic index to balance blood sugar levels - except for children’s cakes for which no sugar is added (there is raw cane sugar in the 75% chocolate bar I use for the chocolate cake).
The cakes have a good balance of flavour and sweetness, and I blend brown rice flour with protein rich ground nuts or seeds to create a lovely texture but also stabilise blood sugars.
I made my own plant milks, nut butters and fruit compote which delivers the best flavour and nutriments.
I infuse the cake with medicinal plants to support the nervous system, open the heart, ground and enhance creativity.

All the cakes are gluten-free and all except one are plant-based.
However, I bake the cakes in a kitchen that uses gluten, celery, eggs, mustard, soya, peanuts, nuts, sesame and cannot guarantee an allergen free environment.
If in doubt, please reach out.

Once we’ve both agreed on the terms, I will send an invoice which will need to be paid to confirm the order.

Each cake is placed in a box and I encourage you to place it flat in the boot of your car, with air-conditioning on in case of hot weather.
Upon arrival, place it in the fridge and take out 1 hour before serving. Avoid placing in the sun or somewhere too warm as the ganaches can melt.
Place leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 to 5 days. Always bring the cake at room temperature before enjoying as it does affect the flavour and texture.
Once the cake is handed over, its care and protection becomes your responsibility. If you choose to pick-up, you agree to assume full liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake.
