Every order is scheduled immediately at the confirmation of your order.

Orders are processed every Friday and posted either on Friday or Saturday.

There are no shipping refunds for incorrectly provided addresses or packages marked delivered.

I currently ship within the UK only, via Royal Mail using 48hour tracked service.

If you would like to order but live outside the UK, please get in touch using the CONTACT form.

Packing and postage cost is £6.50 on all orders.

Due to the nature of the products we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me using the CONTACT page within 14 days of receiving your order.

I send packages through tracked delivery service, therefore there should be proof of delivery with a photograph. However, if your order does not arrive and tracking says it’s been delivered, please let me know and I will contact Royal Mail on your behalf.

Please note that Rooted in Rituals is not responsible for shipping costs if an item is returned to us due to incorrect address, if a package is stolen, or if they could not deliver.
