Using a series of workshops (face to face or online) and presentations, we can explore how rituals can have a profound and long lasting effect on our wellbeing, the benefits of wholefoods eating, changing the conventional outlook towards healthy food and helping implement effective healthy eating changes, taking small step changes that will make a dramatic difference to wellbeing and energy levels.

I believe that each of us has an innate ability to cook and heal ourselves, and I believe that this starts with taking ownership of our wellbeing, getting the tools to develop our confidence and building trust in our senses.

From beginners looking to incorporate more nourishing dishes and herbal rituals into their lives, to experienced creatives wanting to dive deeper into the art of whole foods and natural healing, the workshops are tailored to your needs.

Whether you are after a one-off workshop or regular sessions, we will explore the topics together, with the underlying focus of helping you reconnecting with yourself through food and plants and rediscover the ability to hel yourself.

What a day of meals looks like for a family of 3

FRIDGE FILLS

For hose who are looking to integrate whole foods, nutritious and vibrant seasonal food in their everyday, I create high vibrational and flavour packed food to fill your fridge!

When preparing a dish, I look for flavour, novelty and adventure. My inspiration for the healing benefits of seasonal food makes me use raw and unrefined ingredients. Everything is made from scratch, taking a lot more time and effort than buying a bottle of milk or a pot of yoghurt, but I have full control of the quality and provenance which results in tastier, more vibrant and nutritious food. My approach is conscious but also fun, and this allows me creative freedom and the opportunity to connect with the plants, the people who eat my food and those who produce it.

How it works in practice: we arrange a time for me to come and I send you a menu proposal. After the menu is agreed, I can either source the ingredients myself, or you can include the ingredients as part of your weekly shopping. I come to your kitchen for ½ day and prepare everything. It is packed, labelled and stored in your fridge with all information regarding re-heating and how long it stores for. I clean your kitchen spotless, and leave you to enjoy your food!
