A tincture uses alcohol to extract the medicinal benefits of a plant. I use organic vodka on a 1:2 ratio and this tincture smells beautifully fresh and herby from the nettle leaves.
Nettle is nature’s multivitamin - it contains so many vitamins and minerals: magnesium, calcium, potassium, vitamin A, B vitamins, amino acids, folic acid, iron, chlorophyl, manganese, and phosphorus. Nettles grow in abundance and I lovingly harvest them with my 2 year old son in the Spring and early Summer, when they are the most potent. It is abeloved tonic herb which supports nourishment. Picking the nettles marks the start of the new season, the coming out of the colder months and is a real tonic to the body which can be used all year round.
Nettle is one of my favourite plant medicines, a real “food as medicine” plant. It can nourish and awaken every cell in the body, remove stagnation, promote vitality especially to those suffering with anaemia, ease achy joints and help with seasonal allergies.
It has a lovely green colour and a mild grassy taste that is refreshing and delightful.
Crafted with seasonal herbs in small batches, each blend may vary slightly.

Fresh nettle leaves, organic vodka made from Polish rye (gluten).

This contains alcohol and is not recommended to children. If pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, seek advice from your medical herbalist or health practitioner before taking.
