Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus), wild harvested nettle (Urtica dioica), lemon balm (melissa officinalis), rose hips (Rosa canina), oat straw (Avena sativa)

Add 1 tbsp per 250ml of freshly boiled spring or filtered water. Steep covered for 20 minutes, or overnight for a more potent infusion. Strain, sip with intention and attention.
