It offers relief to the digestive system, helps to ease bloating and tension held in the gut which can be common to new mums.

Lemon verbena (Aloysia citrodora), fennel seeds (Foeniculum vulgare), blessed thistle (Cnicus benedictus), caraway seeds (Carum carvi), fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum)

Add 1tbsp per 200ml of freshly boiled spring or filtered water. Steep covered for 10 to 20 minutes. Strain, sip with intention and attention. Up to 5 cups a day.
Store away from heat and light.
