“Steph’s homemade remedies are carefully crafted with so much love. I drank her floral teas when I was pregnant and in labour, her calendula balm really helped my son’s eczema and my whole family enjoyed warding off winter colds with her elderberry syrup. Steph really knows her onions when it comes to natural products that help soothe, heal and protect your body and calm the mind. She puts so much heart into growing, concocting and packaging it all up for you”

A simple but powerful balm made with 3 ingredients: organic extra virgin olive oil, beautiful calendula flowers and beeswax from local beekeeper Neil.
The calendula flowers were grown in my organic allotment, hand picked on a dry Summer morning before being left to dry in the shade to keep their potency. They are mixed with organic extra virgin olive oil in a glass jar and solar infused for 3 lunar cycles. The infused oil is then strained and mixed with beeswax to create a solid balm which softens as it warms in between the hands.
Calendula (Calendula officinalis) has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties and is a powerful vulnerary - meaning that it can help wounds by promoting cell repair and growth.
Extra virgin olive oil is rich in Vitamin E, an antioxidant which supports the skin
Beeswax seals in moisture and helps protect the skin.
Crafted with seasonal herbs in small batches, each blend may vary slightly.

The balms come in amber glass containers with an aluminium lid to protect the medicine. You can clean and re-use the jar indefinitely - using it as a container for homemade balms and creams, or candles or simply a storage jar.
