  • Sage (Salvia officinalis) - traditionally used for this season of life because of its hormone balancing effect which promotes oestrogen flow and helps ease symptoms of hot flushes

    Red clover (Trifolium pratense) - contains phytoestrogens which can calm symptoms of hot flushes, night sweats and mood swings. It can also help maintain bone density. The plant itself is vert mystical as it is associated with the triad goddesses

    Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) - a nervine herb related to the feminine, it can alleviate hot flashes and relieve anxiety and irritability. Like a mother would, it strengthens the heart muscle, and eases high stress coupled with insomnia.

    Alfafa (Medicago sinensis) - contains oestrogen-like compounds, which may further support menopausal symptoms

    Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) - regulates hormones and menopausal imbalances and adds a beautiful sweetness to the blend

    Peppermint (Mentha piperita) - adds a beautiful freshness to the blend and is cooling to the system

    Lavender (Lavandula officinalis) - is the wise, ancient and powerful plant. It embodies the transition into crone beautifully

    Crafted with seasonal herbs in small batches, each blend may vary slightly.

  • Sage (Salvia officinalis), red clover (Trifolium pratense), motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca), alfafa (Medicago sinensis), licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), peppermint (Mentha piperita), lavender (Lavandula officinalis)

  • Add 2 tbsp of herbs for 250ml of spring or filtered water and simmer covered over low heat for 10 minutes.

    Strain, sip with intention and attention.

    The herbs can be simmered twice.

    Suggested use: 3 to 4 cups a day for 3 months.

    Store away from heat and light.
