  • Rose petals (Rosa spp.) - rose is a beautiful plant remedy to connect to the heart space, allowing to open ourselves to love, including self-love and compassion while honouring our own truth

    Red clover (Trifolium pratense) - they are lovely as lympathic support, which may impact our overall immune system & feelings of energy/vitality

    Hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis) - a bright, beautiful and delicious flower with a tangy flavour. It promotes vitality and inner balance through its rich content in vitamin C and polyphenols. These are lovingly grown, harvested by hand and air-dried by my son’s grandfather in Hong Kong

    Calendula (Calendula officinalis) - plant of sunshine and strength. Calendula flowers open with the sun and close at dusk, a daily ritual of joy and protection

  • Rose petals (Rosa spp.), red clover (Trifolium pratense), hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis), calendula (Calendula officinalis)

  • Add 1tbsp per 200ml of freshly boiled spring or filtered water. Steep covered for 20 minutes, or overnight for a more potent infusion. Strain, sip with intention and attention.

    Store away from heat and light.
