ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

British elderberries (Sambuca negra) filtered water, raw honey from natural hives in North Chailey (Sussex), fresh ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale).

SUGGESTED USE

Drink as is, add to water, warm tea, drizzle onto porridge or pancakes.

As prevention, 1 tbsp a day for adults and 1/8 tsp to 1 tsp a day for children depending on age.

To treat or fight off a cold or a flu, 1 to 2 tbsp several times a day for adults and 1/8 tsp to 1 tsp several times a day for children depending on age.
