Bitters stimulate digestive juices to help our body difest and receive nutrients and nourishment from the foods that we eat. Bitter plants also stimulate the vagus nerve which can balance the nervous system, helping bringing you back into your body.
I created this alcohol free tonic ti support digestion and detoxification, It is a great companion for Spring, but can be used all year round especially when feeling bloated, when the digestion is a little sluggish or when we’re about to eat rich foods.
It is made with burdock root, dandelion leaf and root, nettle, peppermint and lemon peel infused within organic and raw apple cider vinegar, making it a non-alcoholic blend for folks avoiding alcohol.
The taste is bitter from the plants, sour from the vinegar and with citrus freshness coming through.
Crafted with seasonal herbs in small batches, each blend may vary slightly.
